You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph354 login credentials. ph354 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where ph354 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that:
Players wishing to voluntarily close their ph354 account may do so by contacting the 24/7 live support team. Upon voluntary closure, all verified balances net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations will be returned to the player's registered payment method within seven (7) business days.

Where changes are material, ph354 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' prior notice to registered players via email to the address registered on the account or by way of a prominent notice on the ph354 platform.
Your continued use of the ph354 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including without limitation the following applicable statutes and regulations:
